WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY

To qualify for a full refund on Hair extension products, please read the following:

  • Hair extension products must not be opened, worn, or altered in any way from and needs to be in its original packaging. Products must be returned within 10 days upon receiving date.
  • Any products that are sent back after the 10 day period will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returns must be associated with an approved RMA form and must be included in the package with the item. Returns and exchanges will not be processed without a RMA form. For further assistance, please contact us.
  • Shipping costs for refunds and exchange orders are non-refundable and you may be responsible for any shipping costs that incur when returning the product.

 

THE ITEM I PURCHASED IS DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please contact us immediately, upon receiving your product. A representative will contact you within 24-48 hours.
